The exclusive design of the drum and mixing blades guarantees a consistent mixture in all drum sections, keeping and improving the characteristics of the concrete in transport.
Proprietary Formula Steel
The mixers are made from technically advanced high-strength, 30MnB5 steel, using a proprietary formula designed with chemical and mechanical characteristics specifically for IMER concrete mixers. The optional patented IMER WEAR steel is lighter, harder and more wear-resistant than conventional steel.
Increased Performance
Hydraulic pump and gearboxes allow IMER mixers to reach the maximum rotation speed of the mixing drum while optimizing the number of engine RPM’s, lowering fuel consumption, and reducing wear to the truck, which increases the service life of the engine.
