MULTI-MIXERS
THE MIXER FOR A WIDE RANGE OF JOBS Why do we call them multi-mixers? Because they are used for a wide range of material and calling them a barrel mixer just doesn’t do it any justice. Gearbox drive with oil bath enclosures produce smooth transmission from the motor to the barrel for effortless and quiet mixing. No exposed ring gears to chatter or to be a potential safety issue. Mix mortar, stucco, grout, concrete or just about anything that you can think of to mix. You will find these mixers on New York City high rise construction sites down to the islands used for construction from start to finish. They are truly multi-mixers. |

MORTAR, STUCCO, GROUT, CONCRETE MIXER The IMER Spin series continuous mixers are the ideal portable mixer for efficiently and quickly mixing all types of pre blended materials from dry pack consistency to a fluid grout. Mortar one day, stucco the next and high strength grouts the day after or make them all in one day without any waste. The New Spin 15 and 30 are designed to be easily portable and produce just the right amount of material that you need. Its on demand mixing system allows you to mix up to two 50lb bags per minute. For flooring contractors the IMER Spin 15 is the ideal mixer solution for making self-leveling underlayment or pre blended dry pack mortar beds on demand. Designed to work with IMER spray machines and grout pumps, it is the perfect companion for semi automatic production. |
VERTICAL SHAFT MIXERS

Designed to handle the most impossible of mix designs, these mixers are truly one-of-a-kind. Mix up to 3/8” aggregate and mix it dry. Used in many precast shops, job sites that require the mix of stiff mud for floor screed, refractory applications or even mixing epoxy or fast set concrete for use on roadways. Vertical shaft mixers are designed and engineered from IMER’s concrete division of batch mixers. |
