IMER Group | USA (IMER USA) is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work in the corporate office and warehouse located in Southlake. Primary job responsibilities include providing excellent customer service for a broad range of IMER construction equipment through the IMER distribution channel including dealers and rental customers. EXPERIENCE WITH CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, EQUIPMENT RENTAL, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PLUS. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative will work with customers to find out what they want or need, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. The CSR needs to be friendly, well-spoken, and bring a "Can do" attitude. • Provide unparalleled customer service and support by being thoroughly knowledgeable of the equipment. • Provide office administrative support by answering calls, processing customer orders, scheduling shipping, tracking and communicating shipping to customers, and assisting with shipments as needed. • Answer phone calls, emails, and online chats regarding customer service questions, pricing, and light technical support. • Utilize CRM and other available tools to record activities and track results. • Assist the CEO, Controller, Sales, and Marketing with administrative tasks as needed. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • An AA or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, a high school diploma required along with 2 - 4 years’ construction equipment related industry experience. Customer service and/or sales training and other industry experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirements. • Excellent work ethic – self-starter – and team player with the ability to also work independently. • Ability to read and interpret documents related to equipment and job application specifications. • Ability to calculate discounts, freight percentages, etc., in order to accurately generate quotes. • Exhibit good verbal, and written organizational skills and be detail-oriented. • Ability to utilize MS Office programs, specifically Word and Excel. • Ability to utilize an ERP and CRM application to record activities and track results. • Ability to prepare quotes, orders, shipping documents, bills of lading, shipping labels, and other documents. Physical Requirements: • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, drive, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs. The employee must have good hearing, vision, and physical abilities. Compensation: • Base salary, paid vacation, medical benefits, and other benefits available.
