TROUBLESHOOTING
Did you know the majority of the service calls we receive are in reference to electrical issues?
Before you shoot it, troubleshoot it! Here are a few things to consider if your electric powered equipment is not functioning as it should.
POWER SUPPLY
Verify that your power supply has the electrical current you need 110v/120v or 208v/220v single or three phase. Save the 10 gauge Christmas tree cord for Christmas! |
AMPERAGE
Verify that the amperage supplied by the voltage is sufficient. For example, if you have a 15amp 110volt machine, then it would be best to operate it on at least a 20amp circuit. |
START-UP POWER DRAW
Verify that the amperage supplied by the voltage is sufficient. For example, if you have a 15amp 110volt machine, then it would be best to operate it on at least a 20amp circuit. |

STILL NEED HELP?
If you are having an electrical problem that you do not understand, it is best to let a service center handle it. Take the piece of equipment to your favorite rental shop. Rental shops are very good with electrical systems and will treat you fairly. |
